Uļjana Semjonova, pazīstama arī kā Uļa, bija bijusī latviešu basketboliste, PSRS sieviešu basketbola izlases centra spēlētāja. Viņa dzimusi 1952. gada 9. martā Zarasos.
Semjonova ir basketbola leģenda Latvijā. Viņa bija pirmā spēlētāja, kura tika uzņemta Basketbola slavas zālē, kas nosaukta spēles izgudrotāja Džeimsa Neismita vārdā. 1979. gadā viņa kļuva par pirmo itāļu laikraksta La Gazzetta dello Sport gada balvas ieguvēju.
PSRS izlasē viņa spēlēja 18 sezonas no 1968. līdz 1986. gadam, kuru laikā komanda palika nepārspēta. Ar PSRS izlasi viņa uzvarēja divās olimpiskajās spēlēs, 3 pasaules čempionātos un 1973. gadā Universiādes turnīrā basketbolā, kā arī 10 Eiropas čempionātos.
Lasi vēl: 8 Holivudas spīdekļi, kuri gandrīz zaudēja dzīvību filmēšanas laukumā. Bet Dievs viņiem stāvēja klāt!
1995. gadā par īpašiem nopelniem Latvijas labā viņai piešķirts ceturtās šķiras Triju Zvaigžņu ordenis – augstākais apbalvojums, ko Latvija var dot. Pieminēsim, ka leģendārās sportistes augums ir 213 cm.
Tomēr pavisam nesen sportiste kādā intervijā atzinās, ka viņas dzīvē nu pienākusi tā saucamā melnā strīpa. Viņu vajā neveiksmes un tomēr tas ir sīkums par to, ko viņa atklāja turpinājumā.
