Esmu liela siļķu un visu ar to saistīto ēdienu cienītāja. Šodien iesaku šo zivi pagatavot tā, lai uz svētku galda tā tiktu apēsta uzreiz. Šīs siļķes pikantā un saldskābā garša patiks ikvienam. Interesanti? Tad aicinu uz savu virtuvi, kur parādīšu un pastāstīšu, kā pagatavot siļķi zviedru gaumē.

SASTĀVDAĻAS:

• Mazsālīta siļķe – 1 gab.
• Sīpols – 1 gab.
• Sinepes ar graudiem – 1 tējk.
• Dilles, pētersīļi – katrs 5-6 zariņi
• Burkāns – 1 gab.
• Cukurs – 3 ēdamkarotes
• Ūdens – 8 ēdamkarotes
• Etiķis – 8 ēdamkarotes
• Lauru lapas – 2 gab.
• Neļķu sēklas – 2-3 gab.
• Koriandrs – 1 tējkarote
• Melnie pipari – 5 gab.

Mana siļķe jau ir sālīta, pirkta veikalā. Es noņemu galvu, asti un izņemu iekšas. Noņemu ādu un sadalu to divās daļās. Izņemu asakas un sagriežu zivi mazos gabaliņos.

Burciņā kārtām lieku siļķi, burkānus, sīpolus un zaļumus. Katlā ieleju ūdeni un pievienoju etiķi. Pieberu cukuru, iemetu pāris lauru lapu, koriandru, neļķu sēklas un melnos piparus. Pievienoju sinepju graudu sēklas. Uzlieku katliņu uz plīts un uzvāru.

Izslēdzu plīti un atstāju marinādi atdzist. Ieleju to burkā. Aizveru vāku un atstāju 2 stundas istabas temperatūrā. Tad ielieku burciņu ledusskapī vismaz uz 12 stundām.
